You can order one or more product items or different items and
save on shipping costs, just e-mail a list of goods with
items numbers and quantities, the ship to state for USA or Province and
Postal Code for Canada,
and we will e-mail back the cost break down and
a secure way to make on-line payment with PayPal - mail@cordsplus.com
Shipping
within Canada:
We shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost or Parcel Post depending on the
items within
Canada. Usually next day for Vancouver and 2 to 7 days
delivery time for rest of Canada.
Shipping
to Continental
United
States:
We ship product using Canada Post via ( US Priority Mail )
to the USA,
usually 7 to 12 days delivery time. Any
tariffs or duties payable are the responsibility of the receiver.
Orders are shipped usually in one to two days with a confirmation via
e-mail. If there is a problem on product availability or
pricing
we will notify you with suggested options and ask for instructions.

Included with Price:
Some products are priced with shipping
included. These products are small enough to
mail within continental Canada
or USA or both at a reasonable mail cost. Tax
is added to Canadian shipments and no taxes for shipments
to United States.
All charges are listed on the PayPal invoice before payment.

are required to collect HST or GST for
all orders shipped within Canada.

shipped to the Continental USA
are not charged any of the above Sales Taxes.
Products
shipped via Canada Post Mail to the USA via USPS (United States Postal Service),
please be aware that the delivery time varies and we are not
always able to track your package .
Return:
We stand behind our products with a 30 day return policy and no
restocking fees for items returned in compliance
with our return policy. No credit will be issued for returns that do
not meet the criteria below. If you need to return
an item please contact us by phone or e-mail to obtain the required RMA
number.
Product must be in original (new) condition (no signs of use,
scratches, gouges, etc.). Products must be in original
product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused. This includes no
writing on packaging, UPC's intact, etc.
Product must be returned prepaid within 30 days of the delivery date
(your expense) through a traceable
means (e.g. certified mail, UPS or Xpresspost for Canada). All included
items including components,
manuals and warranty cards must be returned. Pack items in the original
product packaging, securely, well padded,
inside of a shipping carton. DO NOT use the product packaging as the
return shipping container,
DO NOT lay items loosely inside shipping container (i.e. without
padding) and DO NOT return item in an envelope
unless the item was shipped to you in a padded envelope. A clear return
address and RMA number must be on the
outside of the shipping package. Installed equipment (for example, car
kits), headsets, software and data products are
nonreturnable. Defective items are repaired or replaced under
manufacturer warranty. Special order and value-added
items are repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty. Items not
in compliance with return
policy will not be refunded.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless and item is received
defective or in error. Should you encounter problems
with the items you have purchased, Cords Plus will more than happy to
help diagnose and correct the problem.
Warranty:
Product warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer.
We will assist you in seeking repair or
replacement under the manufacturer's warranty. Just call (604) 984-7322

We make no implied warranties, including the implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
with respect to any goods or services sold to you.
Privacy:
We will only use the personal information you
provide us to service your order and respond to your requests. It
absolutely
will NOT be shared/sold/distributed to other companies. Please note
that in the case of orders shipped directly from
our supplier we will need to provide them with your shipping address.
Errors:
While we strive to provide accurate pricing and information on our
website, errors may occur and we offer no guarantee
to its accuracy. We will honor pricing errors to the best of our
ability but do not guarantee to honor all pricing errors. We
will contact you in the event that a pricing error does occur with your
order.
